Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. The plan is monthly and you stay for the results, not for a contract. Adjust modules or leave whenever you need to.
Do you migrate data from my current system?
Yes. Assisted onboarding brings your reservations, guests and inventory over from your current system. We run the migration together with your team.
What counts as a UH (lettable unit)?
A UH is a lettable unit: each room, suite, chalet or apartment you sell. The Tudo bundle is billed per active unit, and the per-unit price drops as your operation grows.
How long does onboarding take?
Most hotels go live within a few weeks. The timeline depends on the size of the property and the modules you pick, and you follow every step with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Recurring monthly billing by card or bank slip and Pix, whichever suits your finance team. No setup fee.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no penalty. Before you go, you export all of your data. It is yours.
