This policy covers the gudisystem.com.br website. Use of the GudiSystem product, the hotel console and the guest portal, is governed by the contract signed with each hotel.

In the product, the hotel decides what to do with guest data: it is the controller. GudiSystem acts as the processor, handling data on the hotel's behalf, with per-tenant isolation and the measures described in our Trust Center.

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect what you send: name, hotel, email, phone and your message.

We also measure site usage in aggregate with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you personally. It only helps us understand what works on the pages.

To answer your message, schedule and prepare the demo, and improve the site. Nothing beyond that.

With providers that help us operate, such as site hosting, email and messaging, always under contract and only as needed.

We do not sell and we do not rent your data. Full stop.

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Usage measurement is done without cookies.

We take security seriously, as architecture and not as a badge. The details of isolation, authentication and data protection are in our Trust Center, at gudisystem.com.br/confianca.

Brazil's LGPD gives you the right to access, correct, update, delete or request portability of your data, among others. To exercise any of them, write to contato@gudisystem.com.br and we will handle it.

We keep your contact for as long as our commercial conversation needs, and for the period the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
