These terms govern use of the website. Use of the GudiSystem product is governed by a separate contract signed with each hotel.

Use the site in good faith. Do not try to bypass, overload or reach restricted parts, or use the content to mislead others.

The demo screens show the real product running, but in a demonstration account. Hotel names, guests, amounts and bookings there are fictional and only illustrate the product. They do not represent real clients or real data.

The GudiSystem brand, content, design and software belong to Nellia (CNPJ 45.351.520/0001-87) or are licensed to it. You may browse and share links, but not copy or reuse the content without permission.

The site helps you get to know the product. Price, scope and commercial terms apply when they are in a proposal or signed contract, not just on the site.

We do our best to keep the site correct and online, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made only on the site's content, without a formal proposal.

We may update these terms. The version applies from publication, with the date shown at the top.

These terms follow Brazilian law. Issues are resolved first through conversation, via the email below.
