Communications
The right message, at the right time, forgetting no one.
Communications bring the right message at the right time together in three tabs: the AI Assistant that rewrites each text in the tone you ask for, the automatic messages triggered by the stage of the stay, and the send log of everything that went out.
The templates follow the journey, from pre arrival to post checkout, with a preview before sending. The WhatsApp connection lives in Settings (official API coming soon), so here you handle only the content, not the infrastructure.
